If booking after 1st April 2026 the full payment of £350 is required to secure the booking.
All payments are made through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
As our holidays are heavily subsidised there are no discounts available for multiple bookings. Bursaries are available for those who face difficulties in paying the full amount of £350. If you would like to apply for a bursary, please go to the Contact Us page and send us an email to begin this process. All bursaries are provided at the discretion of the Trustees.

- Dinner! We are always hungry after a packed day!
- Light duties and preparation for the following day
- Evening Meeting – we have lots of fun as we learn what it means to live as Christian
- Supper – hot chocolate and time for a chat or a game

Location

We have the run of Bassenfell Manor – right in the midst of the Lake District near Bassenthwaite Lake. The Manor has 19 bedrooms, games rooms and an acre of private grounds for campfires and fun!
Bassenfell Manor has everything we need to be comfortable after an exhilarating day out on the lake or up in the hills. All the rooms are either ensuite or have a dedicated bathroom and our team of cooks create magic in the kitchen! Most of the rooms accommodate between 2 and 5 people and there are separate areas for males and females.
